ADIFF 2011 FILMMAKER IN RESIDENCE
SERGIO GIRAL Acclaimed Afro-Cuban filmmaker Sergio Giral will travel to New York to present his latest work on race relations and the Latino experience TWO TIMES ANA.
Born in Cuba, Mr. Giral now lives and works in Miami. His films, considered classics of Caribbean cinema, have won multiple awards around the world. Giral has dedicated his cinematic work to promoting a better understanding of Afro-Cuban and Afro-Caribbean history and culture.
